Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mon Flamme (the “Service”) at monflamme.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Mon Flamme is an independent, free reference archive of Le Creuset cookware colours and a personal inventory tool. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty. Information in the archive is compiled from public sources and may contain errors or omissions; do not rely on it as authoritative pricing or valuation advice.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email when you create an account, keep your password reasonably secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of anything you upload — photos, text, notes, the composition of your collection. By uploading, you grant Mon Flamme a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display that content solely as you configure it: privately to you when your collection is private, publicly at your share URL when you enable public sharing.
We do not use your photos for marketing, advertising, or training third-party models. We do not grant any third party a licence to your content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including copyrighted product photography you did not take.
- Impersonate another person or company, or claim affiliation with Le Creuset.
- Attempt to access other users’ private data, scrape the site, overload the infrastructure, or probe for security vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
- Use the Service to promote unrelated businesses, to spam, or to run arbitrage schemes.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
5. Third-party trademarks
“Le Creuset” and related marks are property of Le Creuset S.A.S. Our references to Le Creuset products, colours, and collections are editorial. Mon Flamme is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Le Creuset. If you are a rights-holder and believe your mark is being used improperly, contact ivanovskiantonio354@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual property of the Service
The Mon Flamme name, the wordmark, the stylised braiser icon, the structure of the catalogue, and the site’s code are the property of Mon Flamme and its owner. You may link to public pages on Mon Flamme. You may not scrape, copy, or re-host the catalogue in bulk without written permission.
7. Affiliate relationships
The Service may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Mon Flamme may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the information in the catalogue is complete, current, or accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mon Flamme and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD $50.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. On termination, we will delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will update the “Last updated” date and notify active users by email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that venue.
